APPLICATION FOR TRICYCLE FRANCHISE
ABOUT THE SERVICE
Tricycle franchise is secured by operators of motorized tricycle before operating within the jurisdiction of this Municipality; such franchise is regulated by the Local Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Committee (TFRC). Operators shall abide with the rules and regulations set by TFRC like Tariffs, routes and others.
REQUIREMENTS
- Barangay Clearance
- Community Tax Certificate (Individual)
- Photocopy of Official Receipt/Sales Invoice
- Photocopy of Certificate of Registration from LTO
- Official Receipt last Registration from LTO
- Endorsement from TODA President
Note: If Tricycle for Hire has been used in other City / Municipality previous to this application, applicant must present copy of Certification of Dropping of Franchise from the said City / Municipality.
