ABOUT THE SERVICE


   Newly established business enterprises are required to secure Business Permit to operate within the jurisdiction of the Municipality. The permit granted is for every distinct or separate business or trade conducted. 
   One line of business or trade does not become exempt by being conducted with some other business or trade for which the permit fee has been obtained and paid for.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Unified Application Form
  •  Community Tax Certificate (Individual and Corporate)
  •  Barangay Clearance
  • Declaration of Initial Capital
  • Sanitary Permit
  • Photocopy of Business Name Registration from DTI
  • Annual Registration Fee (BIR)
  • Occupancy Permit from Municipal Engineer
  •  Locational Clearance for Office of the MPDC
  •  Environmental Clearance form MENRO
  • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

Note: Upon submission of the application, it shall be the duty of the proper authorities to verify if the Municipal requirements regarding the operation of the business activity are complied with; the permit to operate shall be issued only upon such compliance and after the payment of the corresponding taxes and fees as required by the revenue code and other Municipal Tax Ordinance.

  • Gross Sales Tax                       (Base on type of Business under revenue code)
  • Mayor’s Permit Fee                 (Base on type of Business under revenue code)
  • Environmental Fee                  (Base on type of Business under revenue code)
  • Sanitary Inspection Fee          (Base on type of Business under revenue code)
  • Building Inspection Fee           (Base on type of Business under revenue code)
  • Weight and Measure               P 25.00 per weighing scale
  • Business Registration Plate    P 200.00
  • Fire Code Fee                          (10% of the total amount of assessment)     

If Applicable:

  • Food Handler’s Fee                   (For Business Establishment with waiters, cooks, bakers and related workers at P35.00 per person)
  • Tax on Delivery vans/trucks
  • Tax on the storage for combustible/flammable explosive substance
  • Signboard / Billboard Permit fee
  • Electrical Inspection Fee

ABOUT THE SERVICE


   Renewal of Business permit is required before any business or activity can lawfully continued or pursued and shall be paid within the first twenty (20) days of January of each year.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Unified Application Form
  • Community Tax Certificate (Individual and Corporate)
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Annual Gross Revenue of the preceding year (Audited by Certified Public Accountant)
  • Annual Registration Fee (BIR)
  • Sanitary Permit
  • HMDF Paibig /SSS Clearance
  • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

Note: A surcharge of 25% for late payment or payment made after first 20 days of January and an additional of 2% monthly until the payment is settled.
